Sculptural Peota Dining Chairs by Gigi Sabadin for Stilwood – Set of 8, 1970s

€3,800.00

This rare set of eight Peota dining chairs was designed by Gigi Sabadin for Stilwood in Italy during the 1970s. The design is characterized by its strong architectural lines, sculptural silhouette, and beautifully shaped bentwood seat and backrest. The solid wooden construction gives the chairs a warm presence while maintaining a bold, graphic profile that is typical of Italian design from this period.

Seven chairs are in very good vintage condition with only light signs of use consistent with age. One chair has minor damage to the seating area, which is only noticeable when pressure is applied on the bottom and top sides. Despite this, the chair remains perfectly usable and stable.

Dimensions per chair: 47 cm length, 46 cm depth, 73 cm height, with a seat height of 44 cm.

A striking and cohesive set that works beautifully around a dining table, in a creative workspace, or as statement seating in a contemporary interior.
