Beautiful vintage dining set by Danish manufacturer Dyrlund, consisting of a rectangular dining table and two matching benches. Crafted in solid pine, the set has a warm natural tone and a strong Scandinavian character. Dyrlund produced a range of solid pine furniture in Denmark during the 1970s.
The design is particularly recognizable by the substantial plank construction, softly rounded edges and circular cut-outs in the side panels. The same details are repeated on the table and benches, creating a very coherent architectural ensemble. The two benches fit neatly underneath the table when not in use.
The set is in good vintage condition, with normal traces of age and use and an attractive patina to the pine.
