Ipercubo 200 Lounge Chairs by Jonathan De Pas, 1970s
This set of Ipercubo lounge chairs comes in original cognac leather, showing a warm and natural patina that beautifully highlights the soft, sculptural shape of the design. The leather has aged gracefully and gives each chair an inviting, authentic character.
Created by Jonathan De Pas together with Donato D’Urbino and Paolo Lomazzi, the Ipercubo reflects their 1970s exploration of modular and informal seating. The trio was known for challenging traditional furniture forms, designing pieces that were relaxed, approachable and playful. The Ipercubo captures this spirit with its cube-like geometry, rounded edges and low, comfortable seating posture.
All chairs are in good vintage condition. One seat is missing the plastic cover on the bottom, though this has no impact on stability or function.
Measurements per chair: 68 cm height, 84 cm width and 88 cm depth.
