Exceptional Large Curved Sectional Sofa, Postmodern France, 1970s
Striking modular curved sofa from the late 1970s, with a strong postmodern character and a playful, almost sculptural silhouette. The design is composed of multiple rounded seating elements that together create a generous, flowing shape — inviting and highly adaptable to different interiors.
This piece has been newly upholstered in a heavy, high-quality linen in a warm ochre tone, finished with refined white piping along the edges. The contrast detailing beautifully emphasizes the soft curves and individual modules, giving the sofa a crisp yet relaxed appearance.
The configuration includes a separate pouf element, which can be used as an extension of the sofa or placed independently as a versatile extra seat or footrest. Thanks to its modular structure, the layout can easily be adjusted: the sofa can be made wider or more compact by switching a two-seater module with one of the single-seat elements, allowing for different compositions depending on the space.
Sourced from the first owner, who originally purchased the sofa at the Puces de Paris.
Dimensions (current setup): 380 x 380 cm.
